Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot sauna sessions and cold plunges. Everyone’s session will look a little different, but we generally recommend around 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge. It’s up to you whether you start with the sauna or cold plunge. In the morning, we generally recommend finishing with the cold plunge to help you feel energised, while in the evening, finishing with the sauna can help you unwind.

Swimwear, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself afterwards), flip-flops or sliders, and water to stay hydrated! We have Cadence and water available in the studio.
